  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
