Green Beans With Sauteed Shallots, Mushrooms and Garlic


  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
