Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ pounds green beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cook beans in a 6- to 8-quart pot of boiling salted water , uncovered, until crisp-tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
