Green Garlic Quiche with Morels


  • 4 ounce(s) morels, or other flavorful mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh marjoram, or other herb, if preferred (substitute 1 tsp. dried)

  • ½ cup(s) dry white wine, broth, or water
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 8 ounce(s) fresh green garlic
  • 1 cup(s) milk

    • 4 ounce(s) grated cheddar cheese, about 1 cup
