Green Gin Cocktail


  • ¼ cup parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup gin
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup cold club soda
  • Small celery stalks and mint sprigs

Using a wooden spoon or muddler, vigorously bruise parsley and mint leaves with gin in a cocktail shaker (or use a mortar and pestle, then scrape into shaker).
