Green Olive Walnut Spread

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup halved green olives
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 garlic cloves

Place garlic in food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until coarsely chopped. Serve with wheat thins or water crackers.
