Green Onion Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ cups boiling water
- 3 cups bread flour
