  • 3 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cups (or more) vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ cups shallots
  • 2 16-ounce packages frozen petite peas
  • Plain nonfat yogurt
  • Small fresh pea sprouts*
