Grilled Artichokes with Bacon and Rosemary Dip

Ingredients

  • Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
  • Nonstick, nonflammable cooking spray
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 lemons, cut in half

    • 6 medium fresh artichokes
