Grilled Avocado with Salsa

Ingredients

  • Salsa:
  • 1 (15-ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
  • ¼ c diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ t cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper
  • ½ t salt
  • 4 cilantro
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1 T white wine vinegar or lime juice
    • 1 jalapeño, stemmed and seeded (optional)
    • Avocados:
    • 3 avocados, halved
    • 1 T lime juice
    • 1 T olive oil
    • 1 T cilantro, chopped
    • 1 lime, cut into wedges
    • Salt
    • Low-fat sour cream or low-fat Greek yogurt, for garnish
