  • 1 tablespoon smoked coarse sea salt or regular coarse kosher salt
  • Blue Cheese-Crusted Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 6 1-inch-thick bone-in rib-eye steaks
