  • 2 teaspoons salt-free seasoning blend
  • 1 medium-size red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • 1 medium-size green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • Special Mustard Sauce
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 (12-ounce) bottles beer (do not use dark)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 6 bratwurst links (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Grill bratwurst, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
