Grilled Brown-Sugar Peaches with White Chocolate

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 4 peaches
• ¹/₃ cup white chocolate
• 3 tablespoons salted pistachios
