Grilled Cabbage I

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, cored
  • ¼ cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 ice cube
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. 2. Slice the top off of the head of cabbage so that it will sit flat with the cored side up.
