Grilled Charmoula Quail
Ingredients
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- ¼ teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons paprika (not hot)
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
