Grilled Charmoula Quail

Ingredients

  • 8 semi-boneless quail
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

    • 3 whole cloves
    • ¼ teaspoon whole black peppercorns
    • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
