Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Apples

Ingredients

• 2 thin slices Granny Smith apple
• 1 ounce Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
• 1 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
• 2 whole-grain bread
