Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon, Tomato and Basil

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Onion, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Optional: bacon slices, cooked

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Lay out bread on a baking sheet and layer cheese, bacon, basil, tomatoes, onions on each slice. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. 4. Remove from oven and slice in half or quarter triangles. 5. Enjoy!
