Grilled Clams with Spaghetti, Prosciutto, and Mixed Greens
Ingredients
- 40 large littleneck clams
- ½ pound thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 lemon
- ¾ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

- 4 large leaves collard greens
- 4 large leaves Swiss chard
- 8 large leaves mustard greens
Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
