Grilled Coconut-Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (½ stick), cut into small pieces
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sweetened angel flake coconut
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- For the topping::
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 ½ pounds Pink Lady, Gala, or Jonagold apples, peeled, cored, and cut into eighths
- For the filling::
