Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chipotle Butter
- Lime wedges
- 8 large ears of corn
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons canned chipotle chilies
