Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 16 ears fresh corn
  • ¼ pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
