Grilled Corn on the Cob with Lime-Cayenne Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 oz. (8 Tbs.) unsalted butter
  • 8 to 10 ears of corn
  • Juice of 1 lime

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the lime juice, salt, and cayenne. Keep warm.
