Grilled Corn on the Cob with Roasted Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients
- 6 large ears of corn
- 2 head(s) of garlic
- 4 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
- 0.25 cup(s) chopped cilantro
- 0.25 cup(s) chopped tarragon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
