Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 head(s) of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
  • 6 large ears of corn
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 0.25 cup(s) chopped tarragon
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 0.25 cup(s) chopped cilantro
    • 4 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
    • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
    • 2 head(s) of garlic
    • 6 large ears of corn
    • 0.25 cup(s) chopped tarragon
    • 0.25 cup(s) chopped cilantro

Preheat the oven to 350°. Cut off the top third of the garlic heads. Stand them cut side up on foil and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oil.
