Grilled Corn with Onion and Cheese
Ingredients
- About ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup very thinly sliced onion
- Salt and pepper
- 8 to 10 ears corn (about 3/4 lb. each)
- About ½ cup (¼ lb.) melted butter or margarine
1. Soak corn in water to cover at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. 2.
