Grilled Corn with Onion and Cheese

Ingredients

  • About ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup very thinly sliced onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 to 10 ears corn (about 3/4 lb. each)
  • About ½ cup (¼ lb.) melted butter or margarine

1. Soak corn in water to cover at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. 2.
