  • 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 oz. tasso (smoked Cajun pork), minced (¼ cup)
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground mace
  • ¼ tsp. dried sage
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ tsp. garlic powder
    • ½ tsp. sweet pimentón (smoked paprika)
    • 8 medium ears corn, shucked
    • ½ tsp. honey
    • ½ tsp. onion powder
