Grilled Crab and Cheese Sandwich


  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyere
