Grilled East Coast Oysters with Corn Jalapeño Salsita

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • Canola oil
    • Kosher salt
