Grilled Flank Steak with Mom's Sauce

  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 lb. flank steak
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. whole-grain mustard
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 Tbs. blanched and chopped fresh rosemary
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl combine the red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, rosemary, both olive oils, and salt and pepper to taste.
