Grilled Garlic Bread
- Eight ¾- to 1-inch-thick slices crusty, artisan-style bread, like ciabatta
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil for brushing
- Sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 to 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and halved
