Ingredients

  • 4 ounce(s) Gruyère or Appenzeller cheese
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) hot smoked paprika
  • 1 8-ounce zucchini
  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 packed cup basil leaves

    • 3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
