Grilled Honey and Chile-Glazed Duck Breast

  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chimayo or New Mexican chile powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-ounce) boneless duck breast halves, skinned
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir until blended. Combine chile powder mixture and duck in a large zip-top plastic bag.
