Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium zucchini (1/2 lb)
  • 1 ¼ pounds 1/2-inch-thick lamb shoulder blade chops
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
