  • 12 lamb rib chops
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) dried Greek oregano
  • Baked Stuffed Tomatoes with Lamb and Fresh Herbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped mint
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup(s) fresh lemon juice

    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
