Grilled Lemon Carrots


  • 1/3 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter - melted
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon thyme - chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon zest for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 ½ pound(s) carrots - cut into ½ inch slices
