Grilled Lime-Curry-Rubbed Hanger Steak with Fresh Melon-Cucumber Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups firm-ripe honeydew melon
  • 2 pounds (1-inch-thick) hanger steak or chuck blade steaks
  • ½ cup red onion
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon curry powder
    • ¼ cup cilantro
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 2 teaspoons fresh jalapeño
    • 1/3 seedless cucumber
