Grilled Onions in Foil


  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • ¼ cup(s) dried tomatoes, hydrated in hot water for 5 minutes, drained, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 ounce(s) package of pearl onions, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Lay out foil, place peeled onions in center. Sprinkle oil over all, then rosemary, then tomatoes, salt and pepper. Fold foil into pouch and place on grill on medium heat for 10 minutes or until softened and carmelized. Serve hot off the grill.
