  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Watercress leaves, for garnish
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar glaze
  • 3 to 4 perfectly ripe nectarines
  • ½ cup walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped
  • 4 ounce herbed goat cheese
