Grilled Peaches with Gingersnaps

Ingredients

• 1 firm peach, halved and pitted
• 1 teaspoon canola oil
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 4 scoops vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
• 2 gingersnap cookies, crumbled
