Grilled Peaches With Honeyed Yogurt

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 large unpeeled ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup regular oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl; cover and chill. Combine brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a large skillet; cook over medium heat until butter melts, stirring constantly.
