Grilled Peaches with Pecorino and Prosciutto


  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
  • 4 firm but ripe large peaches, halved, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
