Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto and Balsamic


  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, optional
  • 3 peaches, halved and pitted
  • Canola oil
  • 12 thin slices proscuitto
  • 8 basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Extra-virgin olive oil

1. Put the vinegar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over high heat. Cook until thick and syrupy, stir in the honey and season with salt and pepper, if using. Let cool slightly.
