Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Butter & Cookie Crumbs
Ingredients
- 4 ripe white peaches
- 1/8 tsp. sea or kosher salt
- 1 Tbs. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. Chambord
- 2 Tbs. seedless raspberry jam
- Vegetable oil for the grill
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
- + 3 more ingredients

- 4 to 8 scoops of best-quality vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup crushed almond biscotti or amaretti cookies
- About 2 tsp. untoasted walnut or hazelnut oil
