Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Honey

Ingredients

• Garnish: mint sprigs
• Vanilla ice cream
• Cooking spray
• 6 medium peaches, halved
• 1 cup fresh raspberries
• ½ cup honey

Pour honey into a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add raspberries; cook 3 minutes or just until soft, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Remove pits from peaches; do not peel.
