Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Sauce


  • ½ (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup, slightly thawed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons rum flavoring
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 medium peaches, peeled, halved, and pitted
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

Combine raspberries and lemon juice in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
