Grilled Portobello and Arugula Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 large bunches arugula
- 4 whole wheat buns, toasted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems trimmed
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- + 2 more ingredients

- ½ cup nonfat mayonnaise
