  • 4 romaine lettuce bunches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • Buttermilk-Chive Dressing
  • 1 small red onion
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • ½ cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
