Grilled Romaine with Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking spray
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut in half lengthwise (about 12 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
