1 Slice potatoes in half. 2 Place in a sealable plastic bag and add rest of ingredients ingredients. 3 Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. 4 Preheat barbeque to 300°F. 5 Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
