  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Fresh-ground pepper
  • About 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • About 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup finely diced onion
