Grilled Simple Caesar Salad


  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, trimmed and halved lengthwise
